Western States Chiropractic School massage therapy program was where I did my studying.  My study at Western States was very clinical and prepared myself to handle many of my patients/clients with a diagnosis medical condition.  I had the privilege to work for a chiropractic clinic that provided me the opportunity to work with many different car accident cases, back injuries, pre/post surgery, pregnancy, chronic/acute pain individuals.  This exposure has been invaluable and is currently a large portion my practice.

In my practice, I truly enjoy meeting and interacting with people, hearing about their physical/life challenges is what makes me love what I do. My compassionate personality creates an environment where I approach each session with a non-judgmental perception and customize each session and treatment plans to their individual needs. My ability to build rapport, gain trust, gentle touch with direct force of soft tissue manipulations has allowed many of my patients/clients to be relaxed to the point where their bodies will start to heal.  Beside treatment plans, I also work closely with your chiropractors, medical doctors and claim representatives to minimize the stress and additional time that are required once encountered in a motor vehicle accident.

Prior to massage, I spent 16 years working in the IT sector and earned a bachelor degree from Portland State University.  Since then, I have continued to be current with my continuing education by being certified medical practitioner and extensive body work classes at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. ~  Han, LMT #17752

~ Han is THE BEST massage therapist I have experienced. He will listen and attend to any issues you are having. My family and friends have used him after injuries after car wrecks and sports related injuries. I have had knee, hip and glute pain and soreness and he has attended to and alleviated pain in those areas. Even if you do not have pain or injury, Han would be amazing for a relaxation massage or a deep tissue massage. I highly recommend Han. His office is conveniently located in a relaxing, peaceful room with nature sounds and a heated massage table.

~ I don't live in Portland anymore, but I come back to Portland twice a year, and I always make sure to book a massage with Han. His attention to detail is unparalleled. I have seen numerous massage therapists in NYC over the last two years and none have given me the quality of massage that Han has to offer. I wish I could clone him and have him in NYC.

~ Han is the kind of massage therapist I was always searching for! I am both an injured athlete and a person in search of relaxation. Previously massage therapists I saw either helped me relax or did somewhat uncomfortable therapeutic body work. Han treats my body like a cherished machine that needs help to get back into working order. He is amazingly skilled at seeing the physiology of a strain/injury and through massage putting it right. All the while insuring comfort and relaxation. I leave his studio free of pain, standing tall and feeling centered and content. I have been seeing Han for almost a year (about once monthly), and he has become an important part of my self care. Han is an innate healer, and I could not recommend him more highly.

~ If I could give 100 stars I would! Han is one of THE MOST professional and gifted massage therapists I have ever had work on me. He is truly blessed with the art of healing. Very professional, very sensitive and very intuitive, Han listens intently before we start the session so he knows what areas of concern I'm having and gets into the session first with stretching as kind of a warm up and then I go into a state of blissful relaxation every time. I feel like I am so rejuvenated and replenished and so very relaxed all at once. If you want to experience one of the best massages you could ever have, I would highly recommend Han at Wellness-180 over and over again. Thank you Han for always taking care of me in body. mind & spirit. You are a true gift to the massage profession.

~ I was introduced to Han by a close friend of mine. She never enjoyed massages, but injured her neck during a move and was referred to him. She told me her massage was so helpful and healing, so she gifted me a 1 hr session for my birthday. That was 5 years ago and I have been seeing Han ever since. I've introduced family and friends that are needing REAL massage therapy. Han is gifted at figuring out where the triggers are and works them out so you have movement. Han also does an excellent job at explaining ways you can help your body at home in between sessions. If you are looking for a massage therapist that understands relieving muscle tension, fascia, and reducing inflammation, Han is your guy. You will leave feeling better and lighter than you arrived!

~ Excellent therapist! I absolutely love seeing Han for my massages! He's extremely caring and very knowledgeable. Being so well educated in human anatomy and wellness in general, Han can identify problem spots straight away and address them in a very skilled way. At the end of each session I just wish that it would last longer. I feel completely relaxed and comfortable in his capable hands. Every time I leave his massage room, I feel like I'm born again! He has indeed contributed more to my well being than any doctor I have ever seen.
